Sable is an energetic buyer’s agent specialist on The Whitney Perkins Team.  She has been a Gainesville local for the majority of her life, and knows the ins and outs of our community.  Her interest in real estate was peaked when she moved to Missouri, started a career in property management, and got her real estate license.  She moved back to Gainesville due to her mom’s health and got her Florida real estate license so she could continue her passion of working in real estate.  Sable is dedicated to helping her clients find the perfect home and goes above and beyond for them.  When not assisting clients, she can be found spending time with her husband, kids and animals, hanging out on any body of water, or working out.

JC is a buyer’s agent specialist on the Whitney Perkins Team. Originally from the southern outer banks of North Carolina, JC came to Gainesville to complete his doctorate in veterinary medical sciences. During this time, he worked with different marine mammal species including Florida manatees, whales, and dolphins. JC has held faculty research positions at both University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine and University of South Florida College of Medicine. JC moved from academia to pursue his passion in real estate where he is excited to help people find not just a house, but a place to call home. He brings integrity, dedication, and deep market knowledge to every real estate transaction. JC’s background as a scientific researcher and educator allows him to apply analytical thinking, attention to detail, and innovative solutions to overcome challenges throughout the homebuying process. Outside of real estate, JC enjoys spending time with his husband and his two sons whether playing in the pool, paddle-boarding the rivers, visiting the springs, or traveling to new places.

Sue Hayes

Executive Administrative Assistant

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, Sue provides invaluable support for The Whitney Perkins Team and their clients. A graduate of St. Louis University, Sue received a BS in Business Administration and majored in Marketing. She moved to the Gainesville area with her horses, dogs, cats, birds and pig in November of 2019 from Washington State to be near her brother and his family. As a seasoned office executive, Sue has acquired many skills and talents over the years and has a passion for helping others. She is grateful to be able to help the team make a positive impact on the lives of the people they touch in this community.
