Buying or selling a home is a big step, and with our team, it becomes a way to make a big impact. With every home we close, our team sponsors the care of a deserving dog or cat at the Humane Society of North Central Florida.
Your real estate journey directly helps a pet in need through their Sponsored Care Spotlight program. The funds go toward everything they need to get ready for their forever home, including:
When you work with us, you're not just moving into your next chapter—you're helping a pet find theirs.
Meet Buttercup! She is a fun-loving person, and nothing stops her from soaking up all the love and affection she can get. She’s a total cuddler who adores people and makes fast friends wherever she goes. She loves toys, enjoys staying active, and would thrive in a home that can match her energy and enthusiasm. She can be selective with other dogs and needs tolerant dog friends, so slow introductions are a must. She’s not a match for cats or small dogs, but she’ll gladly fill your home with enough love and personality to make up for it.
Buttercup’s looking for someone who will continue supporting her through her heartworm treatment and give her the forever home she deserves. In return, she promises endless affection, playtime, and a whole lot of joy. Her heartworm treatment and care while at the HSNCF are generously supported by The Whitney Perkins Team.
Meet Nani! If you’re looking for a loving, devoted friend who’s happiest right by your side, Nani might just be your perfect match. This sweet and snuggly girl has been affectionate with everyone she’s met and is great with children. At night, she settles quietly in her kennel and sleeps soundly until morning. She walks nicely on a leash, though she can be reactive toward other dogs, cats, and bicyclists, so she’d do best with an owner who can help her manage those moments.
Indoors, Nani has been a perfect houseguest. She’s not destructive with household items, and while she loves tearing apart her toys, she can be trusted to lounge peacefully for hours if you have to step out. More than anything, Nani just wants to be close, whether that’s curled up beside you or resting her head in your lap on the sofa.
Her heartworm treatment and care while at the HSNCF are generously supported by The Whitney Perkins Team.
Meet Hot Pot! She is here to bring joy, giggles, and endless tail wags! This happy girl loves meeting new people. She does well in her kennel, hasn’t had any accidents there. On walks, she’s a pretty good leash partner, always excited to explore while keeping a nice pace. She can coexist with other dogs but prefers her personal space, so she’d be happiest in a home where her dog interactions are on her terms.
If you’re looking for a cheerful, loving companion who will greet you like you’re the best thing that’s ever happened to her...Hot Pot is your girl!
Her dental care while at the HSNCF is generously supported by The Whitney Perkins Team.
Say hello to Wiggles! He's eager to charm his way into your life with his big personality and love for adventure. Wiggles is incredibly smart and loves learning new things, so he's a great match for an experienced dog owner who can keep up with his energetic mind and body. He thrives with engaging activities and would do best in a home where he can continue his training and get plenty of mental stimulation.
Since Mr. Wiggles is an energetic guy, a fenced-in yard would be ideal, so he has plenty of space to run and play. He's also best suited to a home with older kids who can understand his special personality. If you're looking for a loyal, clever, and energetic companion to keep you on your toes and fill your home with love and wags, Mr. Wiggles can't wait to meet you! He's ready to be your new best friend and will reward you with all the joy and affection you could ever ask for!
His special socialization training and care while at the HSNCF are generously supported by The Whitney Perkins Team.
Meet Jolene, a.k.a the biscuit-making master of HSNCF! At just three years old, no one has ever made more biscuits than this girly right here. When she’s not on her grind, she enjoys sitting in her cat tree, watching the hustle and bustle, and sharing her opinions. Jolene is all about back scratches rather than head rubs.
Jolene is also FeLV+ (Feline Leukemia Virus positive), which is a very contagious virus between cats, which means she must be separated from other cats, unless they are also FeLV+. With that, that means she requires a special space at the shelter, as well as all her own toys, beds, and other pet supplies. This virus can also make cats more susceptible to getting sick, so they must always stay indoors.
FeLV is not contagious to dogs or people, and with the right care, cats with it can still enjoy happy, love-filled lives indoors. Her care while at the HSNCF is generously supported by The Whitney Perkins Team.
Meet Walter, a 5-year-old sweetheart with the biggest smile and an even bigger heart. Walter recently transferred to us from a rural shelter and is now getting the extra care he needs. He’s heartworm positive with a mild heart murmur, along with some skin and eye issues, but none of that dampens his happy spirit. He’s a gentle, loving boy who’s always ready to share his joy. His heartworm treatment and skin and eye care while at the HSNCF are generously supported by The Whitney Perkins Team.
Meet Crookshanks, a 2-year-old boy with a heart full of love. Crookshanks came to us underweight and battling infections, but with care, he’s grown strong and resilient. He lives with chronic respiratory issues, which means he’ll likely need long-term steroid treatment to keep his breathing comfortable. He’s also prone to ear infections and has had mouth ulcers in the past, but none of this dims his sweet, gentle nature. His continued medical support at HSNCF is generously supported by The Whitney Perkins Team.
At 8 years old, Domino is as sweet as they come. She was found with lumps on her ears, which have been treated and sent to the lab to determine if they are cancerous. She also suffers from severe dental disease and broken teeth that will require further treatment. With the support of The Whitney Perkins Team, Domino is receiving the dental care and medical treatment she needs to feel her best again.
Sweet 6-year-old Letty came to us as a stray, struggling with heartworm disease. She’s now safe and resting in a loving foster home, where she’s receiving the proper medications to prepare her for treatment. Her heartworm care is being supported by The Whitney Perkins Team, giving her the chance at a healthier, brighter future.
Vienna is a gentle 4-year-old who truly loves everyone she meets. She gets along wonderfully with cats, dogs, kids, and anyone willing to say hello. Right now, she’s undergoing heartworm treatment and receiving care for skin irritation on her neck and chest. Thanks to the generosity of The Whitney Perkins Team, Vienna is getting the medical support she needs on her journey to recovery.
